Posting a notification update in the Central Register of Beneficiaries (CRBR)

What you need to do to post a notification update to the Central Register of Beneficial Beneficiaries (CRBR):

  1. Go to https://crbr.podatki.gov.pl/adcrbr and in the Upload notification section click on the Upload from XML file The file must be prepared in advance.
  2. Upload (load) the XML file with the submission. A message will then appear which reads: I accept that this application is a modification of an application previously registered in the Central Register of Actual Beneficiaries – click, if you are actually submitting an update, the Accept
  3. In the next step, click the Sign Document button at the bottom of the page. At this point, you will be redirected to the Trusted Profile page, where you can sign the submission using a signature confirmed by the Trusted Profile. This way of signing the application seems to be much more convenient than using a qualified electronic signature. According to the applicable provisions of the law, the notification should be signed by a person or persons authorised to represent the company in accordance with the company’s representation rules, indicated in the notification as the ‘Notifier’.
  4. Once you have signed your application in accordance with point. 3) above, click on the Submit notification button at the bottom of the page and then confirm the submission by clicking Accept. You will see a message that the notification has been correctly registered, including a code (reference number). You will need to copy and save this number so that you can later check the status of your submission and download an Official Receipt (UPO).
  5. In order to download the Official Receipt (UPO), go to the page indicated in point. 1) above and in the Check status of notification section click on the Check button. Then enter the previously saved notification reference number. It is then possible to
