In order to support our clients in the process of adapting their organizations to the above changes, we conduct “closed” trainings for our clients regarding the planned changes in labor law in 2023 and activities related to the preparation of the implementation of these changes to the internal regulations in force in companies. The scope of the changes is very extensive, and the time for their implementation will be very limited. Naturally, we also encourage people from outside the HR department, in particular team managers, to take part in the training. The changes that will come into force will cover many aspects that department heads encounter every day in relations with members of their teams. These changes concern, for example: planning the working time of the team (e.g. remote work, a new type of leave – carer’s leave or new rules for verifying the sobriety of employees). During the training, we will also discuss the changes that must be introduced in the internal regulations of your company in order to comply with the new requirements. And such knowledge can be useful in any managerial position. I also recommend, as part of good cooperation with the trade unions, allowing persons selected by the trade unions to take part in the training. Taking into account our experience, this will make it easier to negotiate with the unions all the changes that will have to be introduced to the documents negotiated with the unions, e.g. regarding remote work.
