As part of these services, we are at your disposal in the following areas, among others:

• review and, if necessary, modification and maintenance of internal procedures implemented in the company, including the Code of Conduct, including support in adjusting internal regulations to changing legal regulations and shareholder’s recommendations,
• conducting internal investigations regarding revealed irregularities or suspected irregularities (including handling whistleblowing reports) and recommending remedial steps,
• representing your company in contacts with law enforcement authorities in the scope of submitting notifications about a justified suspicion of committing a crime.
