The KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application in a pre-production environment (Demo) allows you to issue and receive invoices in conditions similar to those that will be available from 1 February 2026.
The availability of the pre-production environment (Demo) provides additional capabilities for users. If you want to test KSeF 2.0 using only fictitious invoice data and fictitious authentication data, please use the test environment released on 3 November 2025. However, if you want to test KSeF 2.0 using fictitious invoice data, but real authentication data, please use the pre-production environment (Demo), released on 15 November 2025.
You log in to the pre-production environment (unlike the test environment) using real authentication data (e.g. tax identification number) consistent with the register of information about company owners.
In practice, this means that in order to log in to the pre-production environment, you must use your real authentication data and the permissions you have been granted.
Activities in the pre-production environment (Demo)
When issuing invoices in the pre-production environment (Demo), fictitious data should be used. Data in the pre-production version (Demo) of the Taxpayer Application will be periodically deleted.
Issuing invoices in the pre-production environment has no tax consequences.
Thanks to user feedback, the pre-production version of the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application may differ from the final product, and its performance will be optimized until the production launch on 1 February 2026.
The pre-production KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application is consistent with the released test version and enables:
- issuing, receiving and viewing invoices (and corrections) in accordance with the FA(3) logical structure,
- searching for and downloading sent invoices in XML, HTML or PDF format,
- handling subsidiaries (internal unit, subordinate local government unit, VAT group member),
- handling composite identifiers (EU self-billing model),
- downloading the Official Receipt Confirmation generated for an issued invoice or multiple invoices,
- displaying session history,
- handling QR codes, including accessing invoices using this code,
- generating and managing tokens (until 31 December 2026),
- handling anonymous access to invoices,
- access to invoices issued in offline mode,
- visualizing and downloading PEF invoices,
- managing permissions,
- requesting and downloading certificates.
